Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB licenses can be bought used in the versions 2015 and 2016. As of version 2019, LTSB was renamed LTSC.
How can the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC license be purchased?
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB can only be purchased in volume licensing agreements, e.g. Select and Enterprise Agreement. It is much easier and cheaper to buy a used license that contains the same rights of use as a new license and is significantly cheaper.
How is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC licensed?
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC is always licensed as a purchase license by device. So you have to purchase a license for each installed device.
Downgrade and Down-Edition rights:
All LTSC versions may also be installed as older versions of Windows, e.g. LTSB, Windows 8 Enterprise, Windows 7 Enterprise. Thanks to down-edition rights, they can also be installed as Windows 10 Professional.
